Title: Dropped Peppernut Cookies

1cMolasses
1/2cCorn syrup
1/2cCanola oil
1/2cLiquid egg substitute
1/2cSugar
2tsBaking soda dissolved in
  2 tb water
1/2tsSalt
1tbCinnamon
1/4tsGround cloves
4 1/4cUnbleached flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the flour. Add flour and mix well. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned and puffed.

1 Serving of 2 cookies contain 129 calories, negligible cholesterol, 3 grams fat, 98 milligrams sodium.
